Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Every item is handmade, packaged, and shipped with care by one person. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary slightly, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • All handmade and custom items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • During holidays, sales, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

  • Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 1–4 weeks depending on customs and location

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or message if applicable.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time.

  • We will communicate any major delays if they occur.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not automatically refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable.

  • We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are handmade and custom-created:

  • We do not accept returns on personalized/custom items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
